PRO version not unlocked on all my devices

If you have purchased the PRO version via one of the app stores, e.g. on a parent's device, and now want to activate the PRO version on the child's device, try these steps if it does not work automatically:


1. make sure you have registered and logged in with an EASY peasy account on the parent's device AND the child's device. 


2. it may help to log out on the parent's device and log in again (start screen top right button, then log out and log in again). Leave the app open for approx. 30 seconds (a working internet connection is essential). 3.


3. close the app on the child's device (also remove it from the background) and open the app again. 


If these steps do not work, please contact us at support@wonderkind.de and provide the email address you used to register an EASY peasy account.
